Rob Glass, Assistant AD for Athletic Performance at Oklahoma State University, shares the story of transforming OSU’s training facilities into long-lasting, high-performance spaces for athletes. With the help of smart investments from donor Boone Pickens, the weight rooms were gutted and installed with Mondo flooring, which still looks brand new 20 years later.
